Start your workout with Cory Suess as you push your limits in this fast-paced 4-circuit routine in this dumbbell HIIT section! Follow up the HIIT portion with 10 minutes of boxing plus 10 minutes of strength with AJ Perez as he delivers a knockout bootcamp routine. Start off with shadow boxing to spike your heart rate and work up a sweat; then grab some dumbbells and burn it out with fast-paced strength intervals. Finish your workout with Kenny Ferrer as he leads you through a fast and effective Tabata blast. You'll have two Tabata circuits, each consisting of 5 moves, repeated twice. There's no rest for the wicked in this routine!
