This heavy weight HIIT workout focuses on building strength, explosive power, and cardio. You'll have two circuits, each containing four exercises, performed for 3 sets. The first circuit is more strength focused; the second circuit is more plyometric and cardio focused. Then you'll finish off with a 2 minute isometric strength and cardio finisher.
