Jordan Morello challenges you with this fun and fast-paced routine. This HIIT workout is largely low-impact with a focus on full-body strength moves. You'll have two circuits, each containing four moves, repeated twice. And of course, you'll have a surprise finisher! Next, you'll join Sarah Kusch in a HIIT bootcamp blast! You'll have two minutes of strength work; immediately followed by a one minute cardio burst with speed/agility drills or plyometrics.
