1 banana, frozen
1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ tbsp rolled oats
1.8 oz (50 g) blueberries
5 fl oz (150 ml) almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter (or substitute almond butter)
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Place the banana, chia seeds, rolled oats, and ¾ of the blueberries into a blender, along with the almond milk. Blitz to a smooth consistency.
  • Transfer the blended mixture into a serving bowl and top the smoothie bowl with the peanut butter, remaining blueberries, and a sprinkle of pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Serve immediately.
