Ingredients

4 fl oz (120 ml) pomegranate juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
9.9 oz (280 g) labneh (or substitute plain Greek yogurt)
1 cup ice cubes
4.4 oz (125 g) frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
pomegranate seeds, to garnish

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, except for the pomegranate seeds, into a high speed blender and blend until you achieve a very smooth consistency.
  • Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses, sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds, and serve immediately.
