3.1 oz (90 g) quick oats
1.7 oz (50 g) vanilla plant protein powder
4.5 oz (130 g) natural peanut butter
4 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the quick oats and vanilla protein powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the natural peanut butter, applesauce, and maple syrup.
- Pour the wet peanut butter mixture over the dry oat mixture. Stir well to combine. If the mixture remains too crumbly, add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons of applesauce to achieve the desired consistency.
- Once the dough is well combined, start shaping it into 1 in (2.5 cm) balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet and flatten each ball into a cookie shape using a fork.
- Place the baking sheet into the hot oven and bake the cookies for approximately 12 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool before enjoying.
