6 oz (170 g) dried figs
4 oz (115 g) medjool dates, pitted
4 tbsp natural almond butter
2 oz (60 g) rolled oats
4 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of the food processor. Begin by pulsing a few times to loosely combine the ingredients. Pause and use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl, making sure everything is well-mixed.
- Continue blending and pulsing for about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture begins to clump together and sticks to the sides of the bowl. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure even mixing.
- Once the mixture is well-blended and holds together, it's time to shape it into energy bites. Portion out the mixture and roll into 18 bite-sized balls.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
