Ingredients
¾ cup (60 g) rolled oats
½ cup (125 g) smooth almond butter
½ cup (75 g) almonds
4 tbsp honey
1 scoop (25 g) vanilla whey protein powder + 2 tbsp for coating
1 tbsp ground cinnamon + 1 tsp for coating
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp water

Instructions
- Place oats, almond butter, almonds, honey, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into food processor and process until dough-like consistency is reached. Add 2 tablespoons water and continue to blitz mixture until it starts to stick together.
- Roll mixture into 16 balls (about 1 tablespoon per ball).
- Mix 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon in large resealable plastic bag. Place protein balls inside bag. Gently toss in mixture until balls are coated.
