Creamy Blueberry Porridge with Hemp & Chia Seeds

8.4 fl oz (250 ml) almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
3.5 oz (100 g) blueberries
1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
- Combine the oats, almond milk, hemp seeds, and chia seeds in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook the mixture, stirring frequently, for about 4-5 minutes. Continue cooking until the milk has been absorbed and the porridge becomes creamy.
- Add the blueberries to the porridge and cook for an additional minute. You'll notice the blueberries turning a deeper blue and releasing their juices.
- Serve the creamy porridge in a bowl with a drizzle of almond butter on top.
