8 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups (700 g) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 cup (150 g) blackberries, frozen
½ cup (80 g) fresh berries, for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, apart from fresh berries, in high-speed blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth and well combined.
  • Divide mixture equally between 4 glasses or jars. Serve topped with fresh berries.
