1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
5 fl oz (150 ml) almond milk
5.3 oz (150 g) vegan Greek yogurt
4 rice cakes
4 fl oz (120 ml) coffee
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
- Mix the protein powder with the almond milk, then add yogurt and mix again.
- Soak the rice cakes in coffee.
- Prepare a serving bowl, first placing two soaked rice cake at the bottom of each bowl, then top with the protein yogurt mixture (reserving 4 tablespoons of the mixture). Now place the remaining coffee soaked rice cakes on top and finish with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder, then set aside in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
