  1 mango, peeled, chopped
  1 lb (450 g) strawberries, chopped
For the dressing:
  4 tbsp finely chopped basil
  1 tbsp maple syrup juice
  zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Place the fruit into a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
  • Place the dressing ingredients into a small bowl and whisk to combine.
