1 tbsp chia seeds
5 fl oz (150 ml) almond milk
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a cup or glass, set aside to rest for a few minutes, then cover with the soy yogurt. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Melt the white chocolate and place a thick layer over the yogurt. Chill the oats overnight, then next morning top with lemon zest and serve.
  • Double or triple the ingredients for a perfect meal prep breakfast or post-workout snack.
