High-Protein Tuna Bake

Ingredients
3.5 oz (100 g) chickpea pasta
2 cans tuna in water (7 oz/200 g drained weight)
1 cup (160 g) sweetcorn, drained
½ head broccoli, separated into florets
1 cup (70 g) white mushrooms
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs
¼ cup (30 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Place drained tuna into large bowl. Add sweetcorn, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs. Mix well.
- Add in cooked pasta, season to taste with salt and pepper, and gently mix until well combined.
- Place mixture in ovenproof dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
