1 oz (30 g) parsley
1 oz (30 g) cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
8.5 oz (240 g) silken tofu

Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except the tofu, in a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until finely chopped. Now add the tofu and pulse again until smooth.
- Serve the sauce with the Majudara Bowl.
