Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) silken tofu
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz a few times. Scrape down sides as necessary and blend again until creamy and smooth.
- Pour the ranch dressing into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
- This recipe makes around 1 cup of dressing.
