0.8 oz (20 g) parsley (plus extra to garnish)
juice from 2 large limes
4 tbsp olive oil
salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the avocado, cannellini beans, parsley, lime juice, and olive oil to a food processor and blitz until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
