⅔ cup (160 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup (40 g) rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 peach, diced
pinch of salt

Instructions
- Place all ingredients for oats in bowl and mix well.
- Divide mixture between two jars. Cover with lids and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
