2 cloves garlic, minced
zest of 1 lemon
4 fl oz (120 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Place the parsley, garlic, and lemon zest into a food processor and pulse to chop. Now add the olive oil and lemon juice and season with the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pulse again until well combined.
- Pour the gremolata into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
- Serve as a topping with the Farmers Breakfast recipe and other similar dishes.
