4.4 oz (125 g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Add the raspberries to a small pot and place over a medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, or until softened, then break up a little with a wooden spoon. Add the chia seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Simmer over a low heat for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat. Set aside for 10 minutes to thicken and cool.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
