14 oz (400 ml) can low fat coconut milk
1 banana
3.5 oz (100 g) frozen pineapple
3.5 oz (100 g) frozen mango
1.8 oz (50 g) vanilla protein powder

- Add the coconut milk, banana, pineapple, mango and protein powder to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
