1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp fennel seeds, crushed
½ tsp garlic powder
olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, coconut sugar, sage, salt, paprika, red pepper flakes, fennel seeds, and garlic powder until evenly combined. Using damp hands, form the turkey mixture into 8 thin patties about 3" (7.5 cm) in diameter and ¼" (0.5 cm) thick.
  • Grease an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange the patties in the basket, spacing about ¼" (0.5 cm) apart. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5-8 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through, until golden and crisp. Continue cooking the patties until all the mixture has been used up.
