½ cup (140g) Greek yogurt
½ tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. coconut sugar
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeño pepper
salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor, and blitz until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce into a jar with a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
