½ cup (120ml) almond milk, unsweetened
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) brewed coffee, room temperature
few ice cubes

  • Add all the ingredients, except for the ice, to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Now add the ice and blitz again. Serve immediately.
