Ingredients
½ cup (110 g) coconut oil
1 cup (200 g) coconut sugar
3 eggs
1 cup (95 g) ground almonds
½ cup (50 g) unsweetened natural cocoa
pinch of salt
1.7 oz (50 g) 72% dark chocolate
⅓ cup (35 g) walnuts, halved

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Line a 8 x 8 in pan (20 x 20 cm) with baking paper.
- Melt coconut oil in small saucepan. Mix in sugar, then transfer to mixing bowl. Add eggs and whisk until well combined. Add ground almonds, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well, then stir in chopped chocolate.
- Transfer brownie batter into prepared tray. Top with walnuts and bake for 30 minutes. Remove tray from oven and let brownies cool in tin for 30 minutes before cutting.
- Once completely cool, store brownies in airtight container for up to 5 days.
