½ cup (120g) coconut yogurt, unsweetened
1 tsp. seeds (eg sesame seeds, chia seeds)

Instructions
- Heat the air-fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix together the flour and coconut yogurt until a dough forms. Shape the dough into 5 mini buns.
- Roll each ball of dough in the seeds and place into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, then set aside on a wire rack to cool a little before enjoying.
