Ingredients

1x 14 oz. (400g) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
4 tbsp. cashew butter
4 tbsp. maple syrup
1 ¼ cups (310g) pumpkin puree
2 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 apples, sliced, for dipping

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, apart from the apples, into a food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and serve as a dip with sliced apples.
  • Store leftover hummus in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
