Instructions
- Place the eggs, shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder and yogurt in a medium size bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Heat a waffle iron and add about 2 tablespoons (for a mini iron) or more of the batter. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the waffles are golden and crisp. You will be able to make 6-8 waffles depending on the size of your waffle iron.
- Enjoy on their own or with your favorite toppings.
- Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
