Mango Raspberry Coconut Pops

1 cup (250 g) frozen raspberries
1 cup (140 g) frozen mango
1 cup (235 g) + 1 ½ cup (350 g) coconut yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Blend frozen mango, raspberries, maple syrup, and 1 cup coconut yogurt in blender until smooth. Set aside.
- In separate bowl, mix 1 ½ cups coconut yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- Layer coconut yogurt and blended raspberry mango mixture into popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks in and freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Run warm water over popsicle mold for easy removal.
