2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. chia seeds
½ cup (120ml) almond milk, unsweetened
½ cup (75g) blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon zest
4 tbsp. blueberries

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, blueberries and lemon zest. Place in a jar or serving glass, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
