2 cups (480 ml) unsweetened vanilla soy milk or plant milk of choice
10.5 oz (300 g) silken tofu
1 cup (250 g) frozen raspberries
2 cups (200 g) frozen mangoes
1 passion fruit

Instructions

  • Drain silken tofu and place into blender with soy milk.
  • Scoop seeds out of passion fruit. Place into blender with tofu and milk. Add frozen mango and raspberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
