1 ripe mango, peeled & destoned
14 oz. (400g) silken tofu
2 tbsp. maple syrup
½ tsp. ground turmeric
1 tbsp. desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Place the mango, tofu, maple syrup and turmeric into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture between 2 serving glasses and place in the refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours. When ready to serve, top with desiccated coconut.
