Ingredients

For the oats:
  ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
  ⅓ cup (80ml) almond milk, unsweetened
  2 tbsp. coconut yogurt
  ½ tsp. maple syrup
  ½ tsp. vanilla extract
For the chocolate:
  1 tbsp. peanut butter
  1 tbsp. coconut yogurt
  ½ tbsp. maple syrup
  ½ tbsp. cacao powder
  pinch salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients for the oats into a blender and blitz until smooth. Transfer into a jar or a serving glass.
  • Now place all the chocolate ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth and well combined. Add a splash of water or a little more coconut yogurt if the mixture is too thick.
  • Top the oats with the chocolate mixture, then cover and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Sprinkle over a pinch of salt just before serving.
