Dry ingredients:
2 ¼ cup (280g) all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. sea salt
1 cup (80g) rolled oats
⅓ cup (55g) chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Combine the coconut oil and sugar together in a food processor, alternatively use a hand blender. Add in the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, except the oats and chocolate chips. Fold into the wet mixture and mix until well combined. Next, add in the oats and chocolate chips and stir through.
- Form into balls and flatten each ball into a cookie shape. Place on the baking sheet, ensuring there is space between each cookie. Place the baking sheet into the hot oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Once baked remove the cooking from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
