Ingredients
3 cups (240g) rolled oats
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup (150g) walnuts, chopped
1 cup (30g) dried apple chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tbsp. olive oil
5 tbsp. maple syrup
pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients, stir well.
- Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and place in the hot oven to bake for around 20 minutes, tossing 2-3 times during cooking time.
- Remove the sheet from the oven and set aside on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container on the countertop for up to 2 weeks.
