Instructions

  • Zest lemon. Mix frozen blueberries, whole rolled oats, plant-based milk, liquid stevia extract, hemp seeds, lemon zest, and ground flaxseed together in container with lid. Place in fridge overnight. In morning, serve in 2 bowls.
