1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened
½ cup (112g) natural soy yogurt
2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 pear, diced
2 tbsp.pecans, chopped
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
