16 oz (450 g) strawberries, chopped
1 cup (240 ml) oat milk
½ cup (120 g) yogurt of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup (85 g) maple syrup
½ cup (80 g) chia seeds

Instructions
- Add strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until mixture reaches a thick pudding-like consistency.
- Serve garnished with additional fresh strawberries or your other favorite toppings.
