Instructions

  • Place the shredded chicken into a large bowl.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, curry powder, cinnamon and raisins together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the chicken and stir well until combined.
  • Serve on toast, with jacket potatoes or salad.
