6 cups (910g) watermelon, cubed & frozen
1½ cup (225g) banana, sliced & frozen
½ lime, juiced
1 tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions

  • Slice the watermelon and banana and place in the freezer till frozen.
  • In a high-power blender, add the frozen watermelon, frozen banana, lime juice and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight or for about 3-4 hours, until solid.
  • Allow to thaw for a few minutes before serving.
