Air Fryer Steak Tips

Ingredients
2 lbs. (900g) sirloin steak
fresh basil, to garnish
Marinade:
⅓ cup (80ml) tamari
4 tbsp. olive oil
⅓ cup (80ml) lemon juice
¼ cup (60ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. dried basil
1 ½ tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Add the sirloin steaks and mix until well coated then cover the bowl and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the steak from the marinade and place them into the air fryer basket. Set the timer for 6 minutes and close the lid. Check the steaks and cook for a further 1-2 minutes if required.
- Serve the steaks garnished with basil and your favorite sides.
