1 tbsp. ground turmeric
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) degrees. Prepare a baking dish greased with a little olive oil.

- Place the dish into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Give the dish a shake half way through and cook until the vegetables are soft in the center and starting to brown around the edges.
