1 cup (80g) rolled oats
1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp. chia seeds
½ tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. strawberry or raspberry jam

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients, apart from the jam, into a bowl and stir to combine. Divide the mixture between 2 jars or glasses.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, top with the jam of your choice.
