Ingredients

For the sauce:
  1 cup (240g) Greek yogurt
  2 tbsp. Thai green curry paste
  4 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  1 lime, juiced
  1 tsp. chili powder
  1 tsp .ground turmeric
  ½ tsp. paprika
  1 tbsp. honey
  salt
For the salad:
  4 servings simple shredded chicken
  1 cup (145g) green peas
  1 red bell pepper, chopped
  ½ red onion, diced
  salt & pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce, stir well to combine and set aside until needed.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the salad and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the salad and mix until well combined.
