Ingredients

3 ¼ cups (780ml) water
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups (180g) rolled oats
1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened
For the toppings:
  4 tbsp. desiccated coconut, unsweetened
  8 dates, sliced
  4 tbsp. roasted cashews
  4 tbsp. honey

Instructions

  • Pour the water and salt into a pot and place over a high heat and bring to a boil. Now add in the rolled oats, reduce the heat to low and simmer gently, stirring occasionally until creamy, for around 5 minutes. Add in the milk and stir until well combined.
  • Divide the oats between 4 bowls and top with the coconut, sliced dates, cashews and honey. Serve immediately.
