⅔ cup (100g) cashew nuts
2 tbsp. almond milk
1 tbsp. tahini
pinch of salt

Instructions
- Place the cashew nuts into a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to soften. Once soft, drain and place into a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed.
