Raspberry Chia Pudding with Chocolate Granola

Ingredients
10 fl oz (300 ml) whole milk
7 oz (200 g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
4 tbsp chia seeds
8 tbsp Greek yogurt, to serve
8 tbsp Chocolate Crunch Granola (see original recipe), to serve

Instructions
- Add raspberries and milk to blender and blend until smooth.
- If mixture is very thick, add more milk and blend again.
- Transfer mixture to bowl or container. Add chia seeds and stir well to evenly distribute.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until thickened. Remove from refrigerator and stir well. If pudding is too thick, add splash of milk to loosen.
- Spoon chia pudding into serving glasses. Top with Greek yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit.
