2 pizza crusts/bases (5.2 oz / 150 g each)
Toppings:
  8 tbsp Green Pesto (see original recipe)
  10 oz (280 g) cooked chicken breast, shredded
  6 oz (170 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
  • Place pizza crusts on baking trays and spread pesto evenly over each base.
  • Scatter shredded chicken over pesto, then top with mozzarella. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
