Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
- Place pizza crusts on baking trays and spread pesto evenly over each base.
- Scatter shredded chicken over pesto, then top with mozzarella. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
