Ingredients
1.5 lbs (680 g) pork tenderloin, very thinly sliced
For the sauce:
2 tbsp hot chili paste
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp brown sugar
1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
1 clove garlic, finely grated

Instructions
- In jar, combine all sauce ingredients, including 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Seal and shake until well mixed.
- Pour sauce over pork and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 20 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
- Heat heavy skillet over high heat. Add 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil. When oil is hot and shimmering, add pork and arrange in single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Cook undisturbed for 1 to 2 minutes until well caramelized, then flip and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until just cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
