Ingredients
8.5 oz (240 g) rolled oats
4.4 oz (125 g) raw almonds, sliced
2 oz (60 g) unsweetened coconut flakes
1.8 oz (50 g) cocoa powder
3.5 oz (100 g) coconut sugar, divided
5.3 oz (150 g) melted coconut oil
2.5 fl oz (75 ml) maple syrup
9 oz (255 g) chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, salt, and 2.3 oz (66 g) sugar.
- In separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
- Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture into even layer on two large baking sheets.
- Bake for 50 minutes, rotating and gently stirring granola halfway through.
- After 50 minutes, sprinkle chocolate chips over hot granola and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, just until chips are soft.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1.2 oz (34 g) sugar and pinch sea salt while chocolate is still soft.
- Let granola rest for 1 to 2 hours. Once cooled, gently transfer granola to jars or airtight container.
